Mark’s purpose is to lead, inspire, and create growth for people, businesses and brands. His diverse experience spans multiple industries and markets working with multinational corporations to small and medium sized businesses. Mark evolved the original business model from management consulting to a full service consulting agency; Sentius. The lack of sleep from running an agency is made up for by the inspiring Sentius team, meditation, exercise, constant caffeine, and continual focus on balance. Three things Mark does not do are: waiting in lines, travel on trams and dancing (unless after midnight).

Christian brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to the Sentius team with over three decades working in marketing consulting and running agencies in the United States, Asia Pacific and Australia. As Director of Partnerships and Growth, Christian identifies, fosters and initiates strategic partnerships with organisations and oversees new business development. When he's not creating growth strategies, you'll find Christian playing guitar, or enjoying a meal with his four children. What he loves most about Sentius? Proud passionate people perpetually producing premium performance (try and say that five times fast).

David has over a decade of experience in digital marketing, strategy and sales, working across a range of industries and businesses. He relishes the opportunity to connect and engage with businesses about marketing and strategy and is most passionate about using strategy to help clients to reach their target audience. David is a proud father, Collingwood supporter and DIY weekend warrior who spends way too much time at Bunnings, and has a knack for purchasing tools he usually never uses again. We also hear David has a few magic tricks up his sleeve. If you're lucky enough to catch him with a deck of cards, be sure to ask for a trick.

Melanie brings over 20 years of digital project and marketing expertise to the Sentius team. As Director of Digital Projects, Melanie oversees digital projects such as websites, app developments, MVPs, and more, from strategy to deployment. She loves the diversity of clients and variety of projects at Sentius. Melanie's biggest career accomplishment is completing an intensive on digital strategy at Harvard Business School. "My mind was numb by the end but it was the most amazing experience," she says. When she's not strategising, Mel enjoys spending time with friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and her new found hobby of axe throwing!

Tharindu is a passionate digital marketing specialist with over 10 years experience planning and executing cross-channel digital media campaigns in Asia Pacific and Australia. He is also known as the SEO wizard due to his extensive knowledge and technical skill when it comes to search. Tharindu enjoys the range and variety of industries and businesses he gets to work with at Sentius, along with the continual opportunity for learning and the team culture. When he's not whipping up SEO strategies, or informing us on Google's latest algorithm update, Tharindu loves gaming and DIY projects at home.

Mark is obsessed with logos. He thinks about them when he wakes up in the morning, he stares at them on a computer screen all day. If logos were food, he would probably eat them. Mark is a longstanding Sentius employee with over eight years of delivering brand identity, digital, and print design genius for our clients. Mark is truly a global citizen with residency in the United States, Romania and Australia. His favourite city in the world? Athens. The Parthenon feels like stepping through a time portal.

Jeevi brings an impressive 15 years of paid media experience to Sentius, and we think it’s safe to say he lives and breathes Facebook and Google Ads. As Paid Media Director, Jeevi is responsible for the total performance of our paid media campaigns and team. With a curious attitude and passion for learning and challenging himself, Jeevi is never short on ideas to take our paid media campaigns to the next level and constantly deliver top results for our clients. Outside of Sentius, Jeevi loves getting active. He recently started competing in Senior Athletics and has completed the ambitious 100km Oxfam trail walk.

As Senior Writer and Content Team Lead, Emily is responsible for the creation of all written content created for Sentius clients and overseeing the content team. Creating great content requires creativity, research, and passion – Emily understands this and endeavours to bring all three to everything she writes. Her favourite part of her job is fostering a positive environment in which her team can flourish both professionally and personally. She holds a Bachelor of Art and a Master of Journalism, over her years of studying she gained an appreciation of the power of the written word and the skills required to wield it. Rather than keep this knowledge to herself, Emily happily shares it with clients, her team, and any passer-by who happens to need writing advice.  

Meet Jackson, a dedicated family man and a first-time dad (as of 2024). Jackson is an avid sports lover and he's proud to have represented Collingwood and Brisbane clubs as a footy player. He continues to be a big supporter of Brisbane Lions. Jackson's sales and marketing experience spans over 12 years. As the Head of Growth at Sentius, he loves problem-solving and validating ROIs for our client partners. He firmly believes that agency-client alignment is essential to achieve success in all campaigns - he frequently shares tips on picking the right agency partner to guide businesses through his LinkedIn and blogs. Lesser-known facts about Jackson include that he is a Harry Potter nerd, an absolute ninja in Microsoft Excel and not so good at keeping secrets!!

As Senior Marketing Projects Manager Lucy works across both digital and traditional media on key client campaigns and projects. Lucy is passionate about helping clients build effective campaigns that hit both short and long term strategic goals and brings a 9 year track record of experience and knowledge working across nearly every industry through agency and client side roles. Growing up in the UK until the age of 11, Lucy has a fondness for European travel and an ongoing love affair with Italy (more specifically, Italian pasta). When she’s not planning her next escape to Italy, you’ll find Lucy checking out a new restaurant, catching up with friends, or hitting the gym. 

As Client Strategy Manager, Jonathon oversees strategy development and implementation across a range of digital areas and clients. He brings an in-depth understanding of search, social, CRM and marketing automation to his clients, along with extensive client management experience. The best part about his job? Being able to connect new world tech and old world strategy; bridging the gap and cutting through the noise. Jonathon loves a good Negroni on the weekends, and is a prolific consumer of music, NBA related content, and books on the beforementioned topics.

Stacey brings 5+ years of experience across digital marketing channels, account management and leadership to the Sentius team. As Client Strategy Manager, Stacey is responsible for developing campaign strategies and managing key Sentius clients. Prior to stepping into the digital world, Stacey was a professional cyclist and held various ambassador roles for Jaggad and Giant Bikes Australia. Cycling continues to be a big part of Stacey’s life – she gets out of the city every chance she gets to ride mountain bikes, road bikes, you name it! Her most proud moment? Finishing 5th in her category for an Ironman triathlon. 

With over 9 years of Marketing experience, Rebecca loves solving problems and working with a team of like-minded creative individuals at Sentius. Outside of work, she spends her time reading old wives' tales, she can likely guess your horoscope correctly…by the 5th try! Rebecca is passionate about traveling (she had visited 30 countries by the age of 30) and the people in her life, and not to forget - BREAD! Ever since she's been in the office, we have witnessed her exceptional taste in music - she can curate a playlist for any vibe, genre or occasion. Fun fact: Rebecca is black belt in Taekwondo.

As a Client Strategy Manager Tom enjoys how his role fosters collaboration between the client and industry experts to deliver the best digital strategy solutions. Passionate about sustainable fashion, Tom loves op-shopping and collecting vintage sneakers and clothing. Tom’s collection of exclusive vintage sneakers was even displayed in the eBay Museums of Authentics back in 2022! In his downtime, he enjoys tinkering on projects such as repairing and restoring automobiles. Tom’s favorite holiday destination is the small coastal town of Mallacoota in Victoria. 

Mia is a PR and Content Marketing guru with a passion for helping people and clients see and reach their potential. She loves the variety of clients at Sentius and the opportunity to be creative and strategic with social media and content campaigns. Mia is also a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, delivering weekly yoga and meditation sessions to help keep the Sentius team balanced and centred. Mia's Sentius party trick is the ability to flare her nostrils and make a dimple in her chin. She can't catch a ball, but she's all over that nostril flare!

Krystal comes with 10 years of IT project management experience to the Sentius team. She enjoys creating efficiencies and supporting the team in rolling out usable products for the clients. Originally from Sydney, Krystal enjoys living in the beautiful Victorian country and pottering in her vegetable garden. When she’s not working he magic at work, you can find her riding horses, her motorbike or spending time with her doggos. Equality, inclusion, and advocacy for ‘unseen’ illnesses are causes close to Krystal’s heart. Fun fact: Krystal is also a trained hairdresser (lucky for us, she retired from that career in 2007). 

Lauren is a longstanding valued member of the Sentius design team. She has worked on everything from website designs, to logos, trade catalogues, and even a few vehicle skin designs. As a Sentius designer, Lauren loves the variety of clients and diverse work she gets to undertake on a daily basis. She's passionate about spending time with friends, family and her new bub. On the weekends, you'll probably find her at a live concert, sitting around a campfire or at a CrossFit class. Sadly, Lauren doesn't like cake. We're working on converting her.

James loves data (and we love that). He uses it to inform his campaign strategies, which gives them a cutting edge. As Campaign Manager of Paid Media, James has worked across a multitude of paid media platforms; Google, Facebook, Programmatic, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Microsoft (Bing) and more! He loves seeing a well-planned strategy come to life and being able to enact positive change for a client that was previously not seeing results. When it comes to hobbies, we think James may be the most “Melbourne” person in our office. He loves oat lattes, watching the footy (go Essendon!), and trying out new recipes. His go-to dish? Fresh pasta.

Monica loves understanding data and using it to inform her paid media strategies – which bridges the gaps between our clients and their target audience. With over five years of experience in the industry, she joins us as the Paid Media Specialist at Sentius. Spontaneous by nature, she enjoys spending time doing adventurous activities such as bouldering and aerial sports. A passionate learner, Monica navigates life with an “in the moment” attitude and makes the most of it. She loves spending time with her five year old Siberian Husky – Luna. Fun fact: while Monica loves visiting haunted houses, she cannot stand horror movies. 

Travis brings over 22 years of campaign strategy development, consulting, and media production experience to the Sentius team. As a Content Production and Marketing Consultant, Travis is responsible for developing and delivering social media content campaigns and managing media production projects from start to finish. Travis is a man of many talents. When he's not working his social media magic, he doubles as a singer, wine tour host, and corporate gameshow host. His outgoing personality, eternal enthusiasm and wild zoom call outfits bring smiles and laughter to the Sentius team and clients.

Meet Vivi, the creative digital designer and automation enthusiast, who finds joy in crafting captivating digital assets and developing seamless automations tailored to clients across diverse industries at Sentius. Beyond the design studio, Vivi isn't just a whiz at her craft; she's a coffee lover, sudoku addict, and an adventurous spirit, often exploring with her boder collie, Zuko. Ask her about her dream holiday, and she'll tell you it's anywhere with a sandy beach and a gentle breeze. Speaking of adventures, Vivi once trekked to Mt. Everest base camp, a feat that convinced her she's fulfilled her lifetime quota for uphill walks!

Sheng is a rarity in the digital marketing industry with design and developer capabilities, aka a digital diamond. Sheng wears many hats when it comes to website builds, working closely with client leads on strategy development, designing and building websites. According to Sheng, the best part about working in digital is "everything on the internet is considered research." When not deep in code, she is the model Melburnian; she enjoys waking up with a coffee, cycling, yoga, painting and keeping her plants alive. 

Garima’s biggest passion in life is storytelling. She can convert almost anything, even an uninteresting event, into a fun and engaging story. This is her superpower as a Content Marketing and Social Media Specialist. She loves the challenge of creating interesting narratives that portray client businesses and their unique attributes and switching between different voices and personas for various industries, audiences and content types. When she’s not whipping up a blog post or Facebook campaign, you’ll find Garima at her local yoga studio, practicing mindfulness, or lifting weights. 

Bec is a literary lover and linguist, making her the ideal fit for her role as organic social and content specialist. With a passion for creativity, Bec is responsible to drafting killer content for social media, websites, blogs and more! With 9 years of industry experience, Bec has worked with a plethora of clients across many sectors. When she’s not whipping up a social media calendar, you’ll find Bec doing a crossword puzzle, studying a new language (we hear she speaks a few), exploring the laneways of Melbourne, or enjoying a glass of wine.  

Pei is a writer at heart. After completing a degree in English Lit and Marketing she found a position that’s a combination of her two interests at Sentius. She enjoys working with a diverse set of clients and learning about the various industries and business types she creates content for. After work you’ll find Pei at the studio practicing reformers pilates, or spending a night in with her partner and cats – watching the latest in sci-fi and comedy. Pei’s favourite holiday destination is her home country – Malaysia, and her favourite cuisine, no surprise, is Malaysian. Mental health and wellness are causes Pei actively supports, she would like to leave the world in a better place than she found it. Fun facts: Pei has a Cert III in Accounts Administration.  

Rod has a longstanding history working in the advertising industry. He's ran agencies and managed teams and campaigns across Asia Pacific and Australia and is responsible for the prominent "Keep the Bastards Honest" political campaign. Rod plays an Account Director role at Sentius working with select clients and providing sage advice to the team when it comes to creative campaigns. Passionate about all things fitness (especially tennis), gardening, and art, Rod has brought his creative energy into the office and is responsible for the perfectly Pantone matched Sentius green walls.

Ember brings over 10 years of digital marketing and strategy expertise to the Sentius team. Originally hailing from the US, Ember has experience working across American and Australian markets, with a stint as a digital nomad in Central Asia (fun fact, the WIFI speed in Tajikistan is 0.15 Mbps AKA the worst place ever for a digital nomad). Ember is passionate about educating clients in digital and strategy tactics, and witnessing the growth outcomes of a great strategy. When she's not hiding behind a laptop, Ember loves to travel, hit the gym, visit Bunnings and fail at DIY projects she finds on Pinterest.

Santosh is a key member of our SEO team responsible for planning, implementing and managing SEO strategies and overseeing the Sentius India office. He has been working with Sentius for over eight years, bringing a great deal of knowledge and SEO expertise to the team. Santosh's talents don't stop at SEO; he's got skills in the kitchen and can whip up a mean kheer, Gulab jamun, and jalebi (specialty Indian sweets). His non-food related passions include playing cricket and football, teaching math and doing social work.

Michelle is the official number cruncher and spreadsheet master of Sentius, overseeing accounts and administration. With a Masters of Finance and as a qualified CPA, even she admits, "finance is boring, but the Sentius team makes my job fun." We're not gonna lie, we do consider ourselves a fun bunch. When not buried in accounts, Michelle loves spending time with her new baby, cooking traditional Chinese food and eating food. All types, as long as it's delicious.

Bien is our Vietnam Team Lead overseeing all website operations. He's particularly passionate about front end development, personal growth and coaching his team. Bien's idol is Steve Jobs and he lives by the motto, "the only way to do great work is to love what you do." Bien loves the friendly culture at Sentius and views the team as his second family. When he's not coding websites, Bien loves to play football, read books and spend time with friends.

Steven Wallace built his first website in 1996, and the rest is history. As the Director of Sentius Systems, Steve oversees website hosting and maintenance, in addition to playing critical client relationship, technical support and business development roles. He's passionate about self-development; we love his enthusiasm for learning and constant stream of ideas! In his free time you'll find Steve spending time with his kids, reading sci-fi or training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He's got a knack for music, playing the guitar and more recently learning the digeridoo. He has also made guest appearances as the official DJ at Sentius parties.

Maria is a talented, data-loving campaign manager at Sentius, specialising in Paid Media. She enjoys crunching data and using it in innovative ways to ensure the success of our client's campaigns. In her downtime, she enjoys creating music and playing badminton. An absolute animal lover, she also loves spending time with her dogs. Maria has been making property investments since a young age and currently holds an impressive portfolio for the same. 

Mark started his career as a graphic designer, progressing on to Operations Manager before finally becoming a web developer - all for the same employer over the span of 10 years. He enjoys the culture of care and dynamic work projects at Sentius, serving different needs for each client. Mark has been self-funding his education through government grants and scholarships since elementary school. Additionally, he was also a regional chess champion. In his time outside of work, he loves going on hikes & camping in the wild.
