Taska Media, one of Australia’s leading independent media & advertising agencies has joined Sentius Group, effective September 2nd, 2024.

Sentius Group, a full-service marketing agency, launches two rebrands. The Sentius brand has undergone an exciting brand evolution, first time since its launch in 2016. Following the 2022 acquisition of Sydney-based SEO Shark, Sentius has rebranded and remodelled the business as Shark Digital.

Sentius Group has announced the purchase of the shareholding and intellectual property of Sydney-based digital agency, SEO Shark, which also markets under the brand Shark Digital. Following months of due diligence and communications, the completion (takeover) date for the acquisition is Wednesday, 9 November 2022.  

The acquisition is part of a strong and ambitious growth path, according to Sentius Group founder and CEO, Mark Fraser.

Sentius Group has appointed three directors from within the business, in a major internal restructure designed to support and manage a growing team and a raft of recent new business wins including major brands Bapcor Limited, Carpet Call, Footlocker, Henselite, Menzies Art Brands and Precision Retail Group. The full-service consulting agency will also relocate to new Southbank premises in March 2022, as part of a national growth plan that has already seen two new offices opened in Sydney and Brisbane earlier this year...
